Zomppa’s Moroccan Meatballs


  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pound ground grass-fed beef (can use lamb or turkey)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons ground cumin
  • Oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons paprika
  • Pepper
  • Salt (to taste)


  1. Heat skillet and add ground spices until fragrant, remove
  2. When spices cool, mix beef, onions, spices together and bind with egg
  3. Bake in oven at 350F for 15 minutes.
