    Ingredients Pan Seared Salmon: 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 tbsp fresh chopped dill 1 garlic clove sliced 1 tbsp lemon juice lemon wedges 1/4 cup olive oil 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each) 1/8 teaspoon salt Instructions: In a bowl combine 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, lemon jiuce and dill and add salmon fillets. Let them marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature. Preheat a large skillet on medium heat for 2 minutes. Add 1 tsp olive oil and then add salmon. Cook for 5 minutes per side.
