    Ingredients: 1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste 3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped 1/4 teaspoon black, ground pepper 3 tablespoons lemon juice 1 1/2 teaspoons maple syrup 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil cup red onions, minced cup parsley, chopped 6 cups red cabbage, thinly sliced 1/2 cup rice vinegar 3/4 teaspoon salt Instructions: In a large bowl, combine oil, lemon juice, vinegars, maple syrup, salt, black pepper, and cayenne.
