What do you need ?
- 300-350 gm Rohu fish
- 1/2 Tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 Tsp Crushed black pepper
- 1/4 Tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 to 3/4 Tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 Tsp garam masala
- 1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 2 Tbsp cornflour
- 1 Tbsp besan gram flour
- Mustard oil or any other cooking oil for frying
- add salt to your own taste

Then you take 300-350 gm of Rohu fish in a bowl. You need to clean the fish thourougly with clear water.
