Ingredients blueberries muffins
- 75 gr blueberries
- 300 gr flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 150 gr soft brown sugar
- 120 gr soft butter
- 250 ml milk
- 2 eggs
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Mix the flour with the sugar and baking powder. Make sure the butter is soft and then add it to the dry ingredients, along with the milk and eggs. Mix everything together gently. Finally, add the blueberries and mix one more time. Divide the batter over 6 greased muffin tins. I put some baking paper in the muffin tins so I could easily remove them. Put the muffins in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. They are done when a skewer comes out dry. Let them cool gently on a wire rack.
