Alternative Healthy Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup almonds (toasted optional)
  • 3 whole egg yolks
  • 6 ozs Xocai Sipping Xocolate or Xocai X Power Squares
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup raw sugar
  • 1/3 cup water (purified)

Instructions:

  1. Put Sipping Xocolate, sugar and water in a hot chocolate machine while whipping the cream. Using a rubber spatula, scrape heated mixture into a food processor and add egg yolks. Process about 20 seconds, until evenly mixed. Add whipping cream. Serves 6
